Lauren Ash-Morgan, actor who has been a part of the SSC's board from 2011 is the Co-Artistic Director Founding of the newly formed theater firm Speech of Fire. She was the Artistic Director of Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 to the year 2019. Additionally, she was a part of as a member of the SSC as the producer and composer of costumes/set designs, music director and as a text coach in addition to serving as Artistic Director. In her role, she is usually the director of her group, her first directing role was as part of SSC King Lear.
